Meteorological observatory Kopisty -> Reconstruction of Kopisty observatory

The observatory have worked continualy since 1 August 1969. Because of the necessity of the speedy construction was chosen at that time temporary resolution in the form of the finnish little houses and a few mobile boxes. In the late 1970s took place heat cladding of these "houses" but they started to decay and the conditions didn´t conform to the year-long residence of the observers.
