Payment must be made in EUR (preferred) or another convertible currency by one ofthe following method:

There are some limited financial resources reserved to assist scientists to attend the meeting. Scientists (particularly young scientists), who intend to present a paper at the meeting, of which they are the principal author, may apply for free registration and financial support to cover fully or partly living expenses.

Method of Payment
A deposit 20 EUR, covering the first night or more accommodation charges, should be sent when requesting accommodation. Please forward payment for your first choice of accommodation. Please note the sort of accommodation you are requesting.
All accommodation is subject of availability at the time of booking and will be offered on a first come first served basis. No bookings will be processed unless they are accompanied by a deposit to cover the first night.

Cancellation
Any amendments to, or cancellation of accomodations bookings or registration fee must be received in w2001@ufa.cas.cz
In the event of cancellations the following terms will apply:

          For cancellations received on or before 5 May 2001, participants will receive a full refund of the deposit less a 10% administrative
          charge.
          For cancellation received after 5 May 2001, refunds of accommodation will be given only if A-konf spol. s r.o. is able to resell the room.
          However, the 10% administrative charge will apply.
